These high standard twisters are capable of achieving incredible tasks with regards to twisting of an extensive range of yarns, from very coarse, to yield high-grade knotless yarns of wool, acrylic, rayon, polester, cotton and their blends. Stable twisting or knotless yarns allow higher efficiency in subsequent processes and result in commendable high quality woven and knit fabrics.

The perfectly balanced spindle, produces high quality of the yarn which depends on the optimization of the elements and technological parameters such as optmization of the ballon tension.

A significant characteristic of DTS-150 is high quality package building through precisely built gear box. Fully oil-immersed cam and gear with axial and radial disturbance, precise sheet-metal cradles with spring damping produces even density package. Optionally, fully inverter drive with servo traverse system, settable through MMI can be also provided.
